Light or dark olive oil for topical application?

Does it matter if it is just going on the skin? The ozonated olive oil I bought before I got my ozonator had no color, but I did not know if the ozone bubbled the color out (it was ozonated for three weeks) or if it was light olive oil to start with. I'm getting ready to ozonate some olive oil for 24 hours and that I can recall never read if it made a difference which olive oil one used for the skin. Any input appreciated. :) Caitlin Lorraine
