You might put it in the refrigerator. :) After months on the counter my ozonated olive oil still has the ozone smell, just not quite as strong as when I first received it. So I'm not even sure that it needs to be put into the fridge and I think it gets too hard in the freezer...In the fridge even it is hard to spread on my skin because it has solidified so much and takes LOTS of rubbing to get it smoothed out. I think you'll find that by rubbing it on your skin yours is very sticky and it is much harder to wash off than just regular olive oil!
