I managed to get up to 20 drops on the second day with no stomach problems. I was kind of hoping I would feel something because I would then know my body was indeed killing something off, but I feel nothing really, except a slight urge to throw up, mainly from the taste of it.
What I would like to know is the amount the body oxygen levels are raised by injesting hydrogen peroxide, as opposed to just deep breathing or aerobic exercise. If I breath in and out fast enough I can just about get myself to faint from too much oxygen and hyperventilation. This does not occur with hydrogen peroxide injestion.
I like to take a dose right after running, when my body desires the water and utilizes it rather quickly.
