Well, I'm not big on Conspiracy theories, and I don't know if drug companies are actually actively suppressing information about peroxide, however they certainly have no reason to be promoting it! It's a competing product, and no company is going to promote a competing product!

Unfortunately, peroxide is cheap, not patentable, and not very profitable, and almost anyone can make it, therefore no investors are likely to ever put up any money to do research on it or try to get it approved for use by the FDA against any human illnesses. It's the same situation with vinegar, iodine, garlic, herbs, Colloidal Silver , and many, many other things. It's widely acknowledged that like peroxide, all these things are effective against a wide spectrum of bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, etc. But few studies have been done on using them to treat human illnesses. There simply isn't any profit motive for the drug companies to do this kind of research.

The only studies that HAVE been done are for using these products for disinfecting surfaces, purifying water, food packaging, and for fish and livestock use. In these areas, there IS a profit motive for finding low-cost products! For example, peroxide is used by fish farmers for eliminating parasites, bacteria, fungal diseases, etc, from their fish. Many studies have been done, and peroxide has been found to be safe and effective, and does not harm the fish. One of my previous posts contains more info about this.

The reason for this is that fish farmers, etc want the cheapest, most effective products they can get, and have the money to spend on studies to find these products. Unfortunately, we the people ("the consumers"), have no clout or money to fund research to find what the most cost effective health treatments are, we depend on our doctors and pharmacists for this info, and they get this info from the pharmaceutical companies! However, pharmaceutical companies, doctors, and pharmacies want to sell us expensive and PROFITABLE products, not CHEAP products! Therefore, we never hear about peroxide, ozone, etc, and no studies are ever done on them for using them to treat human illnesses. I think it would be great if Curezone held a fund raiser, so that people could contribute money that could be used to fund some research on peroxide, liver cleanses, herbs, or anything else that has a lack of research funds. After all, this is the only way this kind of research will EVER get funded. It's time that "we the consumers" starting funding our OWN research!

Unlike peroxide, there is some money to be made from ozone for human medical use. Money can be made from the expensive medical-grade ozone generators, and the expensive IV and autohemotherapy treatments. Perhaps that's why ozone has been much more extensively studied (in Europe at least), compared to peroxide. However they both work in the same way (oxidizing organisms and toxins).

Supposedly there ARE some people who claim to have become HIV negative after using ozone therapy. However there are others that say that it keeps them healthy, and reverses the disease, but hasn't completely eliminated the virus. Others say that it hasn't helped at all. The effectiveness probably depends on the health of the person's immune system, and the frequency that they receive the therapy, etc.
