I personally take one level teaspoon diluted with the juice of one half lemon and a healthy pinch of unrefined Celtic Sea Salt (or Himalayan) each and every morning.
As for the water, I also add fresh lemon juice maybe 1/2 lemon to 12 oz. plus a pinch of the Sea Salt and drink about 3 of these per day. However, that is what I drink as part of my routine - you may need to do more reading and experiment to find out what will work for you.
