Unfortunately, things like the bird of prey items are illegal for most US citizens to own, so I can't help you with a lot of those.

As far as the buffalo items, many buffalo ranchers have websites. They may be able to help you out.

It may sound distasteful, but check with your local hunt clubs for many of the items. Many hunters have tail and antlers left as 'trophies' and they spend a lot of time out in the woods, so they may be able to help you find many of your items. (Not to mention the healing and cleansing the spirits can benefit from once you have them!)

For the ash tree, the best I can think of is to go out into the woods and explain to the trees and elements/elementals what you are looking for and why. (Come to think of it, may help with the other items as well.) I'm sure You know precisely what I mean and how to reverently and respectfully 'talk' to them (especially with your training - I am sooo envious! lol). They've been helpful to me on more than one occasion, but they *do*, shall we say, "appreciate" respect. ;)
