He Kat - I'm really interested in this Basic Bio product from what you say - Is it a bulk supplement that you mix with juice? I have a terrible time with constipation, I wonder if it will help me overcome this? Do you use it on your fast or ease into it afterward? Are you getting out the mucoid plaque with it? Lastly, (thank you for reading this) I can't get that website to function by taking my order - guess one has to just continue trying :)
