Guess what? When I did my first flush one friend of mine, a yoga teacher, did one as well. He had a few stones out and he said to me – he did see those before, when he was fasting, sometimes he saw those balls coming out with enema. Some literature sources on fasting point that bile gets really thin after a few days, so those stone might get loose and could be eliminated without even Epsom Salts .
