Is it not possible for you to say..."Thanks for clearing up my infection, Doc! Now I'm goin' home!"

If they clear up your infection there's no need to take out your gallbladder. You tell them that.

You will need to do a Bowel Cleanse to make sure that whole area is healthy so that it can fight infection.
