want to do the flush but so confused!

Hi, maybe somebody can help me out here. I think the key word is confusion (my fault, sorry). My husband and I want to do a flush but we are totally confused, is there one set of simple instructions? We read and surfed and printed out etc. But then I read the posts and there are like a 1,000 variations.

Also, maybe this pain is not my gallbladder? I just read more posts, peopel talk about ripping pain etc I don't have that. Every couple of weeks I get pain in my right abdomen, spreading, burning, and it lasts for many ohurs or days. My doctor said forget about it - big help ....

Should we do the flush?
