Pain after 2nd flush, Help

I did my 2nd flush last tuesday,I got some help from a couple of girls here on the forum. But I still need some more help. Can I flush again this weekend. I have pains on my left side, it feels like something is stuck. It hurts to cough or sneeze. I am waiting for phosfood like Butterfly said to use, but is there anything else to use and how often has this happened to other people? I am not sure if it is in the liver or outside of it. It just hurts. I am alitte afraid to flush again,because of the pain. My first flush went fine,but the 2nd one was a Big pain. Can anyone help me. Thanks for any advice. Donna :-) Tweet
