smaller stones? To Southern Belle and anyone else.

To Southern Belle and to anyone else who got rid of all their stones. My last two or three flushes my stones have been very tiny which is very unusual for me. Does anyone know if this could mean I'm coming to the end? Can you give me any hope out there???? Also do smaller stones sometimes cause more problems then larger ones?
