Cleanse colon.
Eat organic veggies/fruits.
No dairy or REFINED sugar,which doesnt include fruits or molasses,or pure honey.
Liver Flushes should definitely help.
Make sure you get all your vit/minerals,antioxidants daily and try to get from natural sources.
Detox formulas.
Its a long process,but one that will clean your body of all the foreign stuff that causes asthma/allergies.
