Is it okay to use grapefruit coctail juice with the oliveoil?

Does anyone know if it would be okay to use grapefruit coctail juice with the olive oil instead of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice? I realized after I had bought the grapefruit juice that it contains,apple juice as well. I was originally going to do the flush tonight but I wasn't sure I could use the juice I bought so I decided to wait untill I find out if it's ok.
