day 40 M.C. and last night liver flush....

ok the day I have been waiting for and dreading...yesterday...and I was very happily surprised...2 o'clock came so fast...Be sure to drink lots of water before this time...started the count down to 6..thought it would never get there...lol..first drink of cold epsom salt...yuck..why does it taste so much worse cold...I was so tired from an early and very busy day...but kept looking at the clock 8 o'clock..second drink not much better..yuck....lol...But I was really dreading the olive oil and grapefruit...I had one of these before but different you drank 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of grapefruit every 15 minutes..until you finsihed off I think about 1 cup of each and it was terrible..at the end The very last one it all came back up...so I was not looking forward to this...But guess what it was actually yummie...And then the ornithine pills I had tried a few nights before taking two pills before bedtime because my system sometimes works the oppisite with some things..And that night it did I stayed awake and felt like I had taken a huge sode of caffine...But I took them anyway last night. And I slept like a baby...I did wake up for a brief trip to the bathroom at 3a.m. and noticed I passed some marble sized stones...but was so sleepy I didn't look closely..darn...Then this morning I took the other tow doses like I was suppose to...And wow the bathroom and I became best friends....I used the colonder so I wouldn't miss a thing this time...And there it was..in the bowl as I removed the colonder to get a closer look...chaff covering the water...and when I rinsed the colondr under the tap...wow lots of pea size stones...and tan grit..looked like beach sand...Was so excited since I haven't really passed much during my 40 days of the M.C....this was really cool...and I am still passing it almost enough to make slit pea soup...lol...bet noone will ever eat that again...lol...I can say it was so worth it and I plan on doing another one in two weeks...As they do say sometimes you don't get much the first few times...I feel wonderful...I can't tell you what a spiritual and physical journey this has been...Today is not the end of my journey only the new begining....good luck to all of you still making your way...and thank-you to all of you that have gone before us...for lending your support and your experience...yippie 40 day celebration...for me...Anita Tweet
