3rd flush a bummer! can i redo it?

everything was going well till the olive oil came back out. i tried a few more little sips but probably not enough. may be about 10 green "peas" i saw. my bigger problem is that my gallbladderwall ==4.2 mm thick, should be less than 3mm. i have been checking a bunch of sites and i understand when it get worse the gallbladder won't work anymore ( called porcelein gb) and it has to come out. i don't want to give up yet, so any suggestions are wellcome. thanks hanna
