have helicobacter pylori, gallstone cysts in my liver, kidney

I have helicobacter pylori in my stomache, and I took several times Antibiotics . But the treatments by Antibiotics failed. Recently I found out by altra sound that I have gallstones, also I have cystes in my gallblader, liver and one of my kidneies. I am desparate, please tell me what to do. Can I flush my liver and gallblader, although I have helicobacter pylori and more possibley have ulcer too?
