4th flush Saturday

I did my 4th flush Saturday...thought I'd really be getting some huge stones out and maybe some nice worms since I had just finished my 1st 2 weeks of Clarkia and did the CoQ10 thing.
Well I did get some stones, nothing huge. Had a lot of gurgling Sunday and yesterday. This AM I have a bad dull "toxic" headache and had a pain right around the bellybutton and gurgling, ran to the toilet and out came this dark green liquidy stuff. Wasn't able to examine it real closely as it went straight into the toilet. Looked like I dumped a mossy colored swamp !

Did a lot of poking in the poop Sunday....Looking for the "bad boys"...still haven't seen anything that looks like worms. whaaaaa
