what a pleasure reading about all your adventures. Thanks for all the info.
I have one of the worst sinuse infections. I do the hydrogen peroxide in distilled water or once in a while do the freshly sueezed lime juice and water (hurts bad. I've never heared of the walnut tincture and Sea Salt before...did you think you had worms up there (is that posible at all?) or does it just clear your sinuses?
I have the Dr Clarkia Double tincture (extra strenght). You know the trio mix can I mix w/ water and Sea Salt and instill in sinuse??
