Thanks Yemeya. Yes you're right - it will definitely be worth it! Have dropped down on the ParaStat but determined to persist. It always helps just to know that you're not alone - especially when those around you think you've lost the plot by continuing to take something that makes you feel so horrible! Am also getting strange itchy bumps and I'm sure that's related to the die off too.
