Another Great Product from "Our Daily Muffin": Biscotti

I just tried the Biscotti. Not only are the ingredients excellent:

Ingredients in Cinnamon Raisin: Organic unbleached wheat flour, evaporated cane juice, egg whites, whole eggs, corn starch,fruit puree (dried plums, apples, water) lecithin (natural emulsifier) raisins, vanilla, leavening (non-aluminum).No artificial flavors or colors, no preservatives and no oils.

But they are the best tasting I have ever had, bar none. All done without oil, perservatives or hydrolyzed anything!
