Toasted Ezekiel bread (some may like a little butter - trans fat free) on the top of their toasted bread.
Mix Albacore Tuna with real Mayo. Add finely chopped walnuts, apples and 3 cloves raw garlic and 1 tsp Phytaloe (an entire days worth of vegetables and fruits). Slice up an Avacoda and Tomato and add on Tuna mixture. Add Home grown bean sprouts.
