I'm not real familiar with Dr. Schulze 's products...but I think Formula 2 is the one with the psyllium in it, right? As with any fiber product, start out with the lower dose and gradually work your way up to the maximum dose...your body needs time to adjust to the additional fiber. As long as you are having healthy bowel movements and no discomfort you can keep increasing the number of daily doses until you get to 5.
