Hi cf....I think that now is the perfect time for you to do a bowel cleanse. I think you're right that it will help to flush the candida out from their livingrooms!

I have not read much about Arise and Shine...do you know does it have herbal laxatives in it? cascara sagrada and/or senna? These are herbal laxatives that are not the best for peristalsis (muscle/action in the colon that moves things along) as it irritates the lining and forces you to eliminate without using the muscles.

Holistic Horizons and plain old b&p don't have any herbal laxatives and you might want to consider them...
