about to do my first MC

Hi folks,
Am so glad to have found this forum. I was planning to start the Master-Cleanse tomorrow but my mind is now bursting with more Q’s. Can someone please help me with info about the psyllium husk/bentonite mixture. How often, when etc. This will be my first cleanse and I must say I feel a bit nervous about not eating for 10 days but know in my heart that my body needs this from all the different drugs it’s been bombarded with over my lifetime. Lookiing forward to a healthier life. thanks
