Take 1 tbsp of es in one cup of water or juice....Wait 2 more hours (if you haven't felt anything) and take a 2nd dose.

This should give you diarrea, so you'd have to stay near a toilet. Just one does might loosen things up but not cause diarrea...it's your choice...
