Re: how do I start and

I've seen those sorts of capsules around that contain all three ingredients but was under the impression it should be freshly prepared so I've been painstakingly hunting around trying to find them. Are the preprepared ones just as good? Or do they lose a lot of their activity by aging and extra processing etc?
