Formula #1

Well guys,
I was pretty excited after the first night taking Dr Schulze formula 1 a few nights a go we seem to have had some pretty good BMS that first day. Now I have taken 2 a night for 3 nights so has my husband and we have only gone once in the morning a normal size BM and then maybe a very small one shortly after we havnet been going after every meal so tonight I am bumping it up to 3 pills tonight. I want to get this show on the road so we can start our formula 2. we also started our superfood I havent noticed a ton of change yet. I may try the afternoon dose for awhile also.
