How long does Intestinal Corrective formula 2 take to really start working????

Hi there. I've just recently started the dr.schulze intestinal cleansing program because i thought it might be able to help my IBS and food allergies i've developed rather suddenly over the last year and a half. Anyway, i started with the IF2 since i already go about 3 times a day, usually its really soft and most often breaks apart. I'm on my 2nd day and so far my bowel movements are the same, its still soft and breaks apart, and i was just wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for the IF2 to really get the "gook" from the intestines? I take a IF1 pill once since my bms are pretty mushy. any insight would be greatly appreciated.
