18" mucoid plaque rope!

Hi all...just want to fill you in on the latest bowel cleansing news!

My boyfriend (of 1974 penny fame back in December!), after reading the 'Journey to the Center of the Colon' and the 'Allergy' articles on the site The Doctor Within...went right back on the b&p's and he's been doing it religiously for the past 5 days. 3times a day. He is eating normally (healthily).

Well...last night we had a HUGE salad and some homemade soup. The salad contained lots of raw shredded beets. This morning he excitedly reported that he had passed a grey/green 18" mucoid plaque rope! It came out along with a bunch of softer psylliumed fecal matter...that was tinged red from the beets. The 'rope' had no redness in it.

Boy is he feeling good!
