Half way through

I'm halfway through my second cleanse but have not yet reached the fasting stage yet. I'm eliminating mucoid plaque and have been since the first week............... Is this normal??

What's going on? The first time around, it only happened during the 7 day fast but now..........has anyone experienced this and if so, please tell me your experiences
