HOLISTIC HORIZONS & BENTONITE UPDATE

I've been experimenting a bit with the Holistic Horizons Cleanse to see if adding liquid Bentonite would improve the effectiveness and accelerate the progress of the cleanse. Here's what I've discovered so far:

Whenever I've used the Bulking Agent alone...I've had slight cleansing reactions shortly after a shake...subtle headache and drop in energy that would generally pass with a bowel movement. Since adding the Bentonite for the last few days I've noticed that this does not occur. Sounds good, right?! Well, I don't think so. I believe that these reactions are caused by the addition of cloves and dandelion with the psyllium which provides some antiparasitc, liver and blood cleansing action...and I think that the Bentonite may interfere with these properties. The other possibility is that the bentonite does not interfere with the herbs, but absorbs the released toxins. So...I'm either going to alternate p&b shakes with the HH shakes (no bentonite)...or...drink some bentonite water separate from the HH shakes and see what happens. The bentonite does appear to produce quicker results as far as eliminating old gunk...but the Holistic Horizons program has some added benefits that I don't want to miss out on. Then there's also the issue of making the cleanse too complicated...scheduling could get very tricky here! Will keep you posted... ; ) Tweet
