It was great, so convincing. If a beginner or a "scoffer" were to see it, they would be easily convinced!
She talked a little on her regime, and health plan. Most of it, is cutting out all CRAP! Cutting out all White Sugar , white flower, white rice etc, and eating only raw, organic foods, mostly all vegetarian (organic eggs and small amounts of clean fish would be okay) Which is a wonderful plan, as long as you live somewhere where you can access whole organic foods.
