Re: ovarian cysts!

Dearest Sick Chic,... First off start some positive thoughts directed strait to your ovaries. I konow what you're thinking, don't roll your eyes just try it! I have recently found out that I am 6 weeks pregnant and with a 7.5cm cysts on my left ovary (although I know it's been there for a while, as I've had pain for around 2 yrs). I have heard that castor oil packs help greatly. If I were you (and not pregnant) i would definetly do the entire 30 day cleanse again, concentrating a lot on the spicey bath/cold sheet and apply castor oil packs. I don't know if this helps, just wanted to let you know there's someone else going through something similar. Good luck!
