im lost!

Hi! Over the last 7 years i have had problems with my digestion system. I have had numerous test done all with different results. Went to the doctors and was tested for food allergies results were negative to all. Sent for a blood kit to be tested for 256 different foods and results came back as allergic to yeast,wheat,gluten,dairy,soya and others. Had aother test done somewhere else and results came back as just wheat! I am lost! I feel tired most of the time, i get a hard painful stomach, i get spots on my face and neck,i have a hive like rash on my face,my eyes are bloodshot and red which does not go away they seem to be getting worse! i have constant ringing in my ears.I am only 26 and am finding it hard to find answers. Can you help?
