How to increase blood volume

Need to increase blood volume after docs altered it [during routine 20 minute outpaitient procedure lasting 1.5hrs and involving general anaesthetic and heart drug] and gave me severe ME. Already on Gerson therapy which got me walking again and some herbs for oxygent to extremities, but any ideas how to push forward and prevent more secondary damage with so many vein/ circulatory/neurological problems?
