Friend in Italy with benign cyts of vocal cords

Can anyone offer herbal (or otherwise) help with cyts of the vocal cords? I am staying in Italy at the momment and have an Italian friend here that is suffering..constant redness and irritation of throat, etc. She has at least 2 cysts and the only help drs here offer in Antibiotics ...????!!!Why??/Who knows? But she also has gastric reflux which most likely contributes to her condition. ANy help very much appreciated!!!! Thanks! Tweet
