Sudden Fatigue

Hi I am in the middle of a delima and kinda scared. I have problems with anemia from time to time and have to take herbal iron with c from Shaklee to get back up to par every year. A month ago I did a five day Colon Cleanse with Dr. Shultz. I felt better, could breath better, and my memory loss faded away. But I had days where I had no energy sore glands in my neck and headaches and almost quit the cleanse. It has been a month sense that cleanse. Four day now I am suddenly zapped of all energy. I feel like I am to tired for my heart to beat or even breath. I feel like I could lay down and just give up the ghost. The weird side connection to all this is that. When doing the five day cleanse I felt like something alive was writhing in agoney in my colon and my hard upper belly dropped down as this thing writhed to the right and then the left and then to the right and so forth as it shrank or dropped into my lower colon. My upper stomach was shrinking and softer. But my lower colon now had less room and my light incontenence itensifide. The first two weeks after the Colon Cleanse I felt like a weak writhing was slowly going back up the same path it had come in reverse. If it were just muscle spasm you would think it would be random. Well four days ago a huge writhing in my upper colon begain. Each week my soft stomach seem to rise higher back to where it begain. The last four day the writhing was almost painful as it went to the right and then left and stoped near my stomach. I feel like I am carrying a weight in my upper colon. Also sense the writhing stoped I am even more exhuasted. My stomach is hard and pushing up against my upper chest. Causing breathing problems. I am so tire sense that four days ago and my finger nails are so sore along with all this. Now in the past when my finger nails hurt I need Iron, Calcium, and amino acids. So I will along with my Dr. Shultz super foods start grinding up Golden Flax seed. Please help anyone. Advise. I know I need to go to the doctor to find out what is wroung, but I will not take any treatments from a doctor. Herbs usually do the trick when I know whats wroung. Not sure how to get through this week end though. Desperate for help. I am guessing tape worm with anemia at the same time and the parsite is escalating the anemia. The finger nails hurting along with it though throws me off and I would guess murcury poisoning from my four very old fillings in my teeth. I am 45 and menopausel. The last two fillings were placed when I was 14.
