Failing Kidneys Lupus?

Been sick since 1991, been diagnosed with everything but the cause of all my diseases. After a year and lots of specialist I have almost died several times. I have had shingles 5 times, diabetes, hypothyroidism, severly anemic,
High cholestoral, Blood clots thru out my body (dvt), high blood pressure, the list goes on. I have 30% left of my kidneys. Doctors say they can't do anything for me, no transplant etc. What I would like to know is would a kidney cleanse hurt or cause any problems with my meds?
