Two cups of room temperature distilled water.
Two heaping tablespoons of Superfood.
Two tablespoons of flax oil.
One chunk of fresh organic ginger.
One or more garlic cloves (optional)
I blend it in my Vita Mix, mostly to pulverize the ginger and the garlic.
Sometimes I will add 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice just for a different taste. This also help with the garlic if it is used.
You can also add a tablespoon of psyllium husks, but you will have to drink it fast or it will start to gel.

PS. Have you ever tried just eating a spoonful of the Superfood. I think it tastes great. Also sprinkle some on your popcorn.
I don't like the taste of the Superfood mixed with juice. One, I don't like drinking cold beverages, two, I can't chug down cold beverages like I can room temperature water and three, I can't really taste the Superfood or the juice.
The flax oil gives the drink a smooth creamy texture.
