Help Please

Hi,
I would like some help with my current situation, recently i have been having pains in my left testicle abdomin and lower back. I went to the doctors to tell them of my feelings, i had my testicles checked by the doctor and he found that in my left testicle i had more viens then my right, he told me this was common and he did not feel any lumps and he reffered me to a ultra sound of the scrotum. He also asked me to do a urine test at the same time which he check on the spot, when doing the urine examination he founf that there was blood in my urine which was not visible ot the eye, he has also reffered me to do a KUB xray, the doctor did not tell me what this could be other then saying that it could be something blocking my urinary tact and it would ned to be investigated. Well now i am worried sick and keep thinking about it, i keep having these thoguhts that i have cancer or soemthing and i am very affraid. Is it always a nad sign when having these symptoms. Pleas ehelp me because i am dead scared. I also have problems with my stools where they have not been of good nature lately, today i went to the toilet and it did not even look like a decent stools it was off colour and in small pieces but i have also been diagnosed with a 3mm polyip in my galbladder and i constantyl get pains there. i am not sure whats wrong with me and the doctor did not give me enough info which ahs really scared the crap out of me.
