Testicular Cancer

Dr. Schulze ,
Hi, I am a 16 year old male. The last time I had a physical was when I was 14 1/2. Since then I have noticed some changes in my scrotum/testicals. I have read MANY articles on Testicular Cancer and the most common sign was a lump on the testical. I do not have a lump. This is how I would describe it, its like a tangle of different sized veins in one side of my scrotum, on the other side there is nothing, just the testical and the very small vein. One vein feels lumpy and the others flat, but none of them seem to be connected to my testical. When my scrotum is relaxed you can tell one side is larger than the other, but its not the testical thats larger its the veins that make it look that way. Is this Cancer or do you know what could have caused this?
Thank You!
