Menopause - Hot flashes, night & day sweats. Depression

What type of natural herb or medicine can you recommend for hat flashes, night sweats, Depression and aniexty.
I been going through menopause for about 5 years. I don't have the get up and go that I use to have. I've started letting things pile up.

Is there anything you can do to help me?

I've taken Climera, Premarin, Black kosk, other over the counter drugs.
