Re: Painful cramping right before bowel movements

I used to have the same thing happen before every bowel movement, before i did the Schulze cleanse.

The #1 is for getting you regular, but it is not the primary thing to use for removing old, impacted fecal matter. That's the #2.

If I had to guess, I would say that this may be the cause of your discomfort - some sort of blockage that causes the painful cramping, probably being the old fecal matter.

So it would be important for you to do the 5 day #2. Also, make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water this whole time. You may want to read up on the "water cure" on this site as well, because staying hydrated will help get this stuff out.

Make sure you follow the directions and don't skip the drinks.
