I know exactly what that feels like, though! I took a niacin pill once and it totally freaked me out!

Do this feeling last a long time or is it short lived? If it just lasts a few minutes, I would continue taking it. It sounds like it's flushing out something!!

I am sold on Superfood! If I was on a desert island, that would be my only wish for food! Ha
