Please at least go to a Dr of some sort to have it diagnosed so you at least know what you are dealing with, and then you can decide how to treat it.
It never does any good to assume, as a matter of fact, you may be worrying about nothing major and just adding unnecessary stress.

That is the first step :-)

The organs related to where the problem is, could be constipated and need to be cleansed and nurished which will assist the body in dealing with it.

The immune system is responsible for keeping us healthy, when something starts to go wrong, it is always good to look at improving the immune system, and how we can do that is by improving our digestive tracts...
