Calcium content in Superfood

Since my insurace has expired and it will be a while before I can get it again- just wanted to know what is the best thing I can do pending a visit to a dentist.

My last wisdom tooth is almost out but the last bit is still under the gums- the area in the ceter is drak and obviously must be a cavity. Is there anything I can do to prevent deterioration of the condition?
