Sure, the Super Tonic Recipe is:
Equal parts of fresh onions, fresh garlic, fresh cayenne peppers (as hot as possible), fresh horseradish root and fresh ginger root.
Put these in a blender and cover with raw Apple Cider Vinegar (I like Braggs brand) and blend.
Put the mixture into a jar for 7 to 14 days. Shake it at least 3 times a day.
After the 7 to 14 days, you can either eat the mixture like it is or strain it.
