wow..Gasman..I wish I could eat like that...my friend eats normal and takes intestinal #1 and he does fine...But when you get your package from Dr.Schulze you should recieve his dvd that was a promotion bonus I am not sure if it is march or febs orders anyway if you get it be sure to watch it..And then you just might think twice about what you call healthy..eating...MEAT...anything with a face...I know noone can change their eating habits over night after a lifetime of enjoying it..but just take some time and watch his dvd...it will open your eyes to a few things...good luck with your purchase his stuff is wonderful...anita...
