Amen. I've used Christopher's Hot Cayenne topically and washed my hands 3x with dish detergent and STILL suffered the effects 'elsewhere'.
FYI, milk or yogurt (not skim, must have fat) cools cayenne. Good for 'overdose' maintenance!!
